Innis & Gunn partner with Flavourly to support increased demand after online sales boom

Brewer Innis & Gunn has agreed a new fulfilment partnership with Flavourly, the online craft beer specialist, which will allow Innis & Gunn to increase capacity and meet growing demand for their online shop.

Over the last twelve months, demand from drinkers to buy Innis & Gunn’s award-winning beers direct from their online shop has dramatically increased, with sales up over 900% YOY.

The new two-year deal will see Flavourly pick, pack and dispatch orders for next day delivery through their ‘Fulfilled by Flavourly’ model, which also offers shoppers industry leading levels of service.

Innis & Gunn will continue to manage their communication with customers and run their own website, which they are also significantly investing in, to deliver an improved shopper experience.

Experts in the online beer world, Flavourly's logistics team, packaging, courier relationships and processes have been designed and built specifically to deal with beer and associated glassware, making them a clear choice as Innis & Gunn’s fulfilment partner. The new deal will also support and enable Innis & Gunn to maximise opportunities within this fast-growing retail channel and will enable a reduction in service costs.
