Passionate about offering something for everyone, Warrens Bakery, the oldest Cornish pasty maker in the world, has just launched a new digital rewards app. The first digital rewards app in England from any pasty retailer, Warrens Bakery Rewards offers users savings of over £100 throughout the year and can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.

The oldest bakery in Cornwall, having been founded in 1860, Warrens Bakery is famed for its iconic pasties as well as their speciality Cornish delicacies, savouries, scones, cakes and sweet treats, all crafted to traditional family recipes using fresh ingredients. The new reward app brings the traditional pasty shop into a new era and on sign up to Warrens Bakery Rewards, customers receive a free gift in the form of either a sausage roll, vegan roll, ring doughnut, savoury bomb or any hot drink, as well as discounts on bakery items including their famous hand-crimped pasties and buy one get one free offers on products across their range.

Commenting on the launch of Warrens Bakery Rewards, Mark Sullivan, Chairman of Warrens Bakery, says: “We’re immensely proud to have an extremely loyal customer base across our 40 stores throughout the West Country and South Wales. During the current tough economic climate, which is a financially difficult time for many of our customers, we’ve become increasingly aware of the importance of giving back to our loyal customers by offering rewards and discounts on our range. Warrens Bakery Rewards and the launch of the digital rewards app is the perfect way to do this and we’re delighted through the app to offer a helpful £100 or more worth of savings throughout the year.”

Mark continues: “To develop and launch the personalised app we’ve worked with a leading loyalty app developer who creates tailor made loyalty systems typically in the food service industry. Not only will the app allow us to make a difference to the purse of our customers, but it also allows us to better understand those customers, their buying habits and ultimately allows us to create specific offers for them.”
