With BBQ season just around the corner, multi award-winning logistics provider Fowler Welch has strengthened its growing relationship with leading independent sausage manufacturer Heck Food by adding dual-branded trailers to its fleet.

Heck Food and Fowler Welch first teamed up in June 2017, and, following a contract extension that saw the supply chain expert become the manufacturer’s sole supplier of distribution services in the UK, have further reinforced the partnership by creating eye-catching livery that will become part of the Fowler Welch core fleet.

The trailers display vibrant images of the Heck Food range, including their new vegan and vegetarian range, as well as their classic recipes that include gluten and dairy-free options.

Jon Lee, head of sales, Fowler Welch says:

“Adding these branded trailers to our core fleet is a great example of how we work with our customers to really understand their requirements. When Heck approached us about the best way to help them raise awareness of their new product ranges, the solution was simple. We pride ourselves on listening to what our customers’ truly need, responding with bespoke solutions and delivering tangible benefits for both parties.

Andrew Keeble, managing director of Heck Food, adds:

“From the first contract implementation we were really impressed with the flexible solution offered by Fowler Welch that ensured we were able to deliver the most efficient route to market for our products. The development of the relationship through these new trailers has really bolstered the partnership and I look forward to growing together in the future.”
